By using the LayerLlama Handwriting Generator ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. "As Is" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LayerLlama makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the accuracy of the generated G-code.

3. Limitation of Liability (Hardware Damage)

You explicitly acknowledge that G-code controls physical machinery. LayerLlama is NOT liable for any damage to your 3D printer, hardware, property, or person. You are solely responsible for previewing all G-code before running it on your machine. Use this tool at your own risk.

4. Prohibited Use (Compliance)

You agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using this Service to:

• Violate the Terms of Service of any third-party platform (including but not limited to sweepstakes casinos).
• Commit fraud, forgery, or impersonation.
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, or abusive.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LayerLlama and its owners from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use (or misuse) of the Service, including any violation of third-party terms.
